知人善任,是我们党干部制度的基本方针。实践证明,干部工作的知人善任是完全必要的,没有知人善任,许多人才难以破土而出,许多工作难以打开新的局面。但也毋庸讳言,现行的干部制度仍有不够完善的方面,能者难上,庸者居位,上去就下不来的现象,不同程度地存在于我们的干部工作中。因此,光是知人善任还不够,还要知人善免。对那些好人主义的太平者,官僚主义的糊涂者,个人主义的享乐
