党的十四大提出的建立社会主义市场经济体制的改革目标,是我们党对社会主义市场经济理论在认识上和实践上的重大突破,是又一次大的思想飞跃。十四大围绕加快经济建设这个中心,对我们军队提出了很高的期望和要求,它需要我们进一步解放思想,更新观念,大胆地开拓前进。我军的财务、审计工作是军事经济工作的综合体现,是国民经济的重要组成部分。如何适应新形势,做好财务、审计工作,开创新的工作局面,是值得我们军队各级党委、后勤领导、财务和审计部门的同志认真研究的新课题。
The goal of establishing the socialist market economic system set forth by the 14th National Party Congress is a major breakthrough in our society’s understanding and practice of the theory of the socialist market economy. The 14th CPC Central Committee, centering on accelerating economic construction, has set high expectations and demands on our army. It requires us to further emancipate our minds, update our concepts and boldly move forward. Our military’s financial and auditing work is a comprehensive manifestation of military and economic work and is an important part of the national economy. How to adapt to the new situation, do a good job in finance and auditing, and create a new work situation are new topics worthy of careful study by comrades at party committees, logistics leaders, finance and auditing departments at all levels in our armed forces.
