银耳属中温型真菌。银耳菌丝体包括纯白菌丝和香灰菌丝,是银耳纯白菌丝和香灰菌丝的混合体。银耳菌丝体生长最适温度为22～25℃,高于28℃低于18℃均不适宜。银耳子实体生长温度18～24℃,最适温度20～23℃,高于28℃低于18℃均不适宜。根据银耳的生物学特性,古田县栽培季节以春秋两季最适,也可以采取栽培房加温在冬季栽培,或在高海拔地区夏季栽培。现将高海拔地区夏季栽培技术要点总结如下,供参考。
