目的 研究下呼吸道感染铜绿假单胞菌的耐药情况 ,指导临床合理用药。方法 采用法国梅里埃公司的 YITEK- TWO系统对我院 2 0 0 2年 1月至 2 0 0 2年 1 2月 6 8例患者合格痰标本中分离出 1 2 4株铜绿假单胞菌并进行药敏实验。结果 分离出的铜绿假单胞菌其耐药率最低的是亚胺培南 (1 6 .0 % )和美洛培南 (1 6 .8% ) ,哌拉西林 -他唑巴坦耐药率虽然不高 (1 8.2 % ) ,但有 2 3.1 %位于中介区 ,耐药率最高的是四环素 (92 .5 % )和复方磺胺甲基异恶唑 (90 .1 % ) ,其他抗菌素的耐药率也高 ,在 2 9.5 %~ 73.9%之间。耐药株存在较严重的交叉耐药现象。结论 下呼吸道感染铜绿假单胞菌的耐药问题严重 ,临床上要合理谨慎使用抗菌素 ,还要进一步研究铜绿假单胞菌的耐药性防治
Objective To study the drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in lower respiratory tract infection and to guide clinical rational drug use. Methods One hundred and twenty-four Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolates were isolated from 6 sputum specimens of patients admitted from January 2002 to January 2012 in our hospital with the YITEK-TWO system from Merial France Drug susceptibility testing. Results Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated had the lowest rates of resistance to imipenem (16.0%) and meropenem (16.8%), and the rates of piperacillin-tazobactam resistance Although not high (12.2%), 21.1% were in the intermediary zone. The highest rates of resistance were tetracycline (92.5%) and sulfamethoxazole (90.1%), and resistance to other antibiotics Drug rates are also high, between 2 9.5% ~ 73.9%. There is a more serious drug-resistant cross-resistance phenomenon. Conclusions The drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in lower respiratory tract is serious, so it is necessary to use antibiotics in cautious and prudent manner clinically, and to further study the drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa
