2010年3月19日国务院办公厅《关于加快发展体育产业的指导意见》的出台,是我国首次以国家层面出台的体育产业政策,表明我国体育事业到体育产业观念的转变,事业体制与产业体制可以同步发展。同时,随着我国经济增长方式的转变和经济结构的大调整,在建立完善体育赛事资源输出渠道、建立健全商业开发活动中的利益分配机制、推进体育产业结构调整、加大财税支持、完善投融资体系、鼓励体育企业通过资本市场融资等方面取得突破,体育产业将有望成为后起之秀,迎来新的发展契机。
