本文对居住海拔3700M175例藏族和2480M210例土族2261M217例汉族居民的口腔全唾液的pH值、免疫球蛋白、补体三项指标的含量测定进而对比三地无龋病牙周病者与龋病、牙周病患者pH、免疫球蛋白、补体含量的高低与发病的关系。结果表明三项指标的总体含量水平泽库高于互助、西宁,提示藏族的免疫防御功能比土族、汉族增强。其中分泌性免疫球蛋白A(SIgA)的水平,藏族低于土族、汉族;三地龋病、牙周病者的SIgA水平低于三地各自的无龋病、牙周病者的SIgA水平。研究表明SIgA的减少是龋病、牙周病发病率低的原因。
In this paper, the total salivary pH value, immunoglobulin and complement levels were measured in 3700M175 Tibetans and 2480M210 Turkish ethnic 2261M217 Han residents, and then compared with the three caries-free periodontal diseases and dental caries, The relationship between the patients with peripheral disease pH, immunoglobulin, the level of complement and the incidence of disease. The results showed that the overall level of the three indicators, Zeku, was higher than that of Xining. Xining suggested that the immune defense function of Tibetans was better than that of Tu and Han nationality. The level of SIgA was lower in Tibetans than in Tu and Han families. SIgA levels in dental caries and periodontal patients were lower than those in caries-free and periodontal patients in each of the three places. Studies show that the reduction of SIgA is caries, the cause of low incidence of periodontal disease.
