校企合作,产学结合是高职教育培养合格人才的必由之路,这一思想已成为指导各高职院校发展的指导方针,科研管理部门如何立足自身优势,以科技服务工作为平台,采取积极措施调动学院各方面积极因素,有效促进校企合作向深层发展,从而保障学校可持续发展,是亟待深入研究的问题。本文从科研管理部门加强管理,以及政策导向,充分发挥科技服务在校企合作中的作用等方面作一分析。
The cooperation between school and enterprise and the combination of production and learning are the necessary ways to cultivate qualified personnel in higher vocational education. This idea has become the guideline for guiding the development of higher vocational colleges. How can the scientific research management department base its own superiority on scientific and technological service as a platform and adopt a positive Measures to mobilize all aspects of the Institute of positive factors, and effectively promote the school-enterprise cooperation to the deep development, so as to ensure the sustainable development of schools, is an issue that urgently needs further study. This article makes an analysis from the aspects of strengthening management by scientific research management department, policy direction and giving full play to the role of science and technology service in the cooperation between school and enterprise.
