无论在技术上还是在业务上,话音与数据的融合将成为网络发展趋势的必然。而从运营商的需求也可看出,下一代网络必须是可以同时提供话音、数据、多媒体等多种业务的综合性的、全开放的网络平台体系,可以归纳为三大特点:分层的全开放的网络,具有独立的模块化结构;业务驱动的网络,业务和呼叫控制完全分离,呼叫与承载完全分离;基于统一协议的分组的网络体系。
Both in technology and in business, the convergence of voice and data will become the inevitable trend of network development. From the needs of operators, it can be seen that the next generation network must be a comprehensive and open network platform that can simultaneously provide various services such as voice, data and multimedia. It can be summarized into three major characteristics: layered Fully open network, with an independent modular structure; business-driven network, business and call control completely separate calls and bearer completely separated; based on a unified protocol packet network system.
