应用PHA皮试对污染区10~11岁健康学龄儿童进行为期三年的追踪对比调查。结果是:三年PHA皮试红斑直径大小比较,其反应强度逐年减少;污染区儿童PHA皮试反应强度明显低于对照区儿童反应强度,同时随着接触污染区时间的增加,二组反应强度差异越明显。这提示污染区儿童的非特异性免疫功能逐年下降,大气污染对儿童非特异性免疫功能影响程度逐年增加。并就PHA皮试在环境污染调查中使用价值,如何选择调查对象,以及PHA皮试本身存在不足之处问题进行了探讨。
