目的:分析数字化钼靶X线摄影对早期乳腺癌的诊断价值。材料与方法:资料选取我院2014年11月-2015年11月经数字化钼靶X线摄影诊断为乳腺肿瘤的134患者进行回顾性分析,本组患者均行数字化钼靶X线摄影检查,对比分析数字化钼靶X线摄影诊断结果和病理结果。结果:本组134例乳腺癌患者经病理证实128例,其诊断符合率达95.52%;128例经病理证实的患者均属于单侧发病,其中66例为左侧,62例为右;其中中央区及外下象限各8例,64例外上象限,10例为内下象限,38例为内上象限。病理类型其中92例(71.88%)为浸润性导管癌,共分成三类型;4例(3.13%)为腺癌;14例(10.94%)为小叶癌;12例(9.38%)为导管原位癌6例(4.69%)为髓样癌;其中病理结果 6例不符患者中乳腺瘤样增生共4例,间变性的叶状囊肉瘤仅1例。结论:微小钙化与肿块属于乳腺癌最主要、直接的X线征象,通过全数字化乳腺钼靶X线摄影检查可清晰显示出乳腺组织各结构,其对乳腺癌早期诊断具有重要价值,有效提高临床诊断早期乳腺癌准确性。
Objective: To analyze the diagnostic value of digital mammography in early breast cancer. Materials and Methods: The data were selected retrospectively analyzed from 134 patients with breast tumors diagnosed by digital mammography in our hospital from November 2014 to November 2015. The patients underwent digital mammography examination and comparative analysis Digital mammography and diagnostic results and pathological findings. Results: The 134 cases of breast cancer confirmed by pathology in 128 cases, the diagnostic coincidence rate was 95.52%; 128 cases of pathologically confirmed patients are unilateral disease, of which 66 cases were left and 62 cases were right; of which the central District and outside the quadrant of the 8 cases, 64 cases of the upper quadrant, 10 cases of the lower quadrant, 38 cases of the upper quadrant. Ninety-two cases (71.88%) were invasive ductal carcinomas, which were divided into three types: adenocarcinoma in 4 cases (3.13%), lobular carcinoma in 14 cases (10.94%) and ductal carcinoma in situ in 12 cases There were 6 cases (4.69%) of carcinomas with medullary carcinoma. Among them, 4 cases were diagnosed as breast cancer-like hyperplasia in 6 cases, and only 1 case was anaplastic cystosarcoma. Conclusion: Microcalcifications and lumps are the most important and direct X-ray signs of breast cancer. The full digital mammography examination can clearly show the structure of breast tissue, which is of great value in the early diagnosis of breast cancer and effectively improve the clinical Diagnosis of early breast cancer accuracy.
