目的讨论眼球后极部异物的定位及手术方式的选择。方法总结本院一例眼球后极部异物的诊断及治疗经过。结果成功经后巩膜径路取出眼球后极部异物,患者视功能基本未受损害。结论采用CT定位经后巩膜径路取出眼球后极部异物是一种较好的诊疗手段。
Objective To discuss the location of the most foreign body after the eyeball and the choice of surgical approach. Methods Summarize the diagnosis and treatment of one case of posterior eyeball in our hospital. Results After successful posterior scleral approach to remove the most foreign body after the eye, the patient’s basic visual function intact. Conclusion CT posterior posterior scleral approach to remove the posterior eyeball foreign body is a good method of diagnosis and treatment.
