At present, the center of rectifying and governing is the establishment of market rules for fair competition. It is by no means returned to a highly centralized and purely planned economy. The greatest order is the rule of law and the prevention of irrational political behavior. The biggest problem with the rule of law is to establish the authority of the constitution. The reform should be based on the rule of law. (The Constitution now incorporates many policy-oriented things.) The current situation
