对齿轮锻坯进行了三种不同工艺的正火处理,并进行了耐磨损性能和力学性能的测试与分析。结果表明,与常规正火相比,等温正火试样的磨损体积减小35%,抗拉强度、屈服强度和断后伸长率分别提高13%、25%、27%;磁场正火试样的磨损体积减小63%,抗拉强度、屈服强度和断后伸长率分别提高28%、38%、46%。汽车齿轮锻坯正火工艺优选磁场正火工艺。
Gear forging billet were three different processes of normalizing treatment, and wear resistance and mechanical properties of the test and analysis. The results show that compared with normalizing, the wear volume of isothermal normalizing sample decreases by 35%, and the tensile strength, yield strength and elongation at break increase by 13%, 25% and 27% respectively. Of the wear volume decreased 63%, tensile strength, yield strength and elongation after fracture increased by 28%, 38%, 46%.
