一、前言国标(GB)明确规定布氏硬度值的测定应在平面上进行。然而,生产上经常遇到的试件表面一般来说都不是平面,例如轴、钢管,链环、套筒等表面。所以要对这些试件进行硬度测定,就必须在试件的表面上加工出一个平面。而对于某些成品件来说,例如汽轮机螺栓,由于布氏硬度计的行程不够,不能在端平面上检查硬度,又不允许在其表面磨一平面进行硬度测定。在这种情况下,硬度检查应在曲面上进行。为此,本文在试验结果的基础上,介绍柱面布氏硬度的修正方法及修正系数的表达式,并给出
First, the preamble GB (GB) clearly stipulates that the determination of Brinell hardness value should be carried out in the plane. However, the surface of the specimen that is often encountered in production is generally not a flat surface, such as the surface of a shaft, a steel pipe, a link, a sleeve, or the like. Therefore, to test the hardness of these specimens, it is necessary to work out the surface of the specimen to a plane. For some finished parts, such as steam turbine bolts, the hardness can not be checked on the end plane due to insufficient stroke of the Brinell hardness tester, nor does it allow to measure the hardness on the surface.
