刚刚结束不久的1992年全国建材工作会议,为我们建材行业确定了1992年的主要任务:“进一步深化改革、扩大开放,在巩固和发展治理整顿成果和保证有效供给的基础上,把经济工作的重点转移到调整结构提高效益的轨道上来,保持建材工业持续、稳定、协调地发展。要以搞好国营大中型企业和进一步落实‘八五’计划为中心内容,开展各项工作。”这也是我们防水财料行业在新的一年里,开展各项工作应遵循的总原则。结合防水材料行业和专业特点,我们公司在1992年的工作思路是:“继续以提高经济效益为中心,充分发挥示范、导向、服务和效益功能;以深化改革、转换经营机制、强化市场意识、增强发展后劲为方向;以调整结构,推动技术进步,推广应用新产品,开拓国内国际市场,努力增加出口创汇,加强生产经营、财务管理及思想
