随着我国医疗卫生事业的快速发展,医疗诊断水平日益提高,医疗卫生知识的普及程度越来越高,广大医护工作者和人民群众更加注重医疗知识的学习。基层医院图书馆事业在新的形势下取得了较大的进步,需要指出的是,图书馆在读者服务工作方面还有着较大的不足,读者服务效率不高,缺少规划性的图书馆书籍管理模式,都严重限制着基层医院图书馆的服务水平。本文意在分析基层医院在读者服务方面存在问题的基础上,探讨读者服务的新举措。
With the rapid development of medical and health undertakings in our country, the level of medical diagnosis is increasing day by day, and the popularity of medical and health knowledge is getting higher and higher. The majority of medical workers and people pay more attention to the study of medical knowledge. The primary hospital library has made great progress under the new situation. It should be pointed out that the library still has a big deficit in the service of readers, the service efficiency of readers is not high, and there is a lack of planned library book management Model, all severely limit the service level of primary hospital libraries. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the existing problems of reader service in grassroots hospitals and to explore new measures of reader service.
