我国著名的装帧设计艺术家、教育家、本刊顾问邱陵先生于2008年12月2日离开我们,消息突然。得知当日,本刊编辑部匆匆摘录了邱陵先生生前有关书籍装帧的论述,以及师友学生谈到邱陵时的只言片语,整理成文,刊登在本刊2009年的首期以示对先生的缅怀。前不久,清华大学美术学院的唐薇老师送予我们邱陵先生的女儿邱笛与邱坚的回忆文章——《和爸爸一起的点点滴滴》,并附上她自己撰写的《我理解的邱陵老师》一文,两篇文章让我们感到邱陵先生深厚的学养及慈祥的人格魅力在清华美院和中国书籍装帧界影响至深,我们借用中国出版工作者协会的张振启先生赞颂邱陵的诗句“丘延万里托千峰”作为标题,刊登两文,以纪念先生。
