目的 探讨中西医结合治疗关节病型银屑病的方法和疗效。方法 ①单纯中药煎剂 ,分为毒热阻络、寒湿痹阻、肝肾亏损三个证型 ;②中药煎剂 +其他中药制剂 ;③中药煎剂 +消炎镇痛药 ;④对某些病情顽固的病例适当选用激素或免疫抑制剂。结果 临床治愈3 4例 (占 70 .83 % ) ,好转 1 4例 (占 2 9.1 7% )。结论 以中医辨证治疗为基础 ,尽量不用和少用激素或免疫抑制剂 ,结果疗效满意 ,并可使部分既往有激素或免疫抑制剂用药史的患者避免再次使用此类药物。
Objective To explore the method and effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of arthritis psoriasis. Methods ① pure Chinese medicine decoction, divided into toxic heat resistance network, alpine block resistance, liver and kidney loss three syndromes; ② Chinese decoction + other traditional Chinese medicine preparation; ③ Chinese decoction + anti-inflammatory analgesics; ④ for some Stubborn cases of appropriate choice of hormones or immunosuppressive agents. Results Clinical cure 34 cases (70.83%), improved 14 cases (21.7%). Conclusions Based on traditional Chinese medicine treatment, hormone and immunosuppressive drugs are not used as much as possible and the results are satisfactory. Some patients with previous history of steroid or immunosuppressive drugs can avoid using these drugs again.
