在编制压弯工艺和进行压弯模设计时,常遇到压弯件短边的最小高度及孔离开压弯线的极限位置问题。 1.压弯件短边最小高度的确定如图1所示压弯件,压弯后短边高度为H。如果H太低,即使是弯曲半径很小,也不能得到正确的弯曲角度。通常,短边高度应大于2t+R。不同弯曲条件所要求的H值也不一样。与压弯曲条件有关的因素是板料厚度、弯曲半径、弯曲模结构等。特别是V型凹模中V形槽的宽度,是个很重要的尺寸。图2(a)所示的V型弯曲,必须使材料放到V型凹模槽的两肩上。如象图2(b)那样,单边搭在V型凹模槽的肩上,则材料与凸模一接触即发生偏斜,不可能实现正常弯曲。另
