Yang Yong was born in 1976, master’s degree and senior engineer. He is currently deputy chief engineer of Tianjin Academy of Environmental Protection Science, director of regulatory standards laboratory and physical pollution control research center. Over the years engaged in environmental impact assessment, rational use of energy assessment, energy audit, cleaner production audit and other environmental protection and energy conservation consulting and environmental standards, non-point source pollution of water and greenhouse gas emissions related research for the Tianjin Environmental Impact Assessment, Cleaner Production Audit and reasonable use of energy assessment expert library members.
