党的十八大以来,强牧惠牧政策持续发挥作用,草原生态保护建设力度不断加大,草原政策工程深入贯彻实施,草原生态环境持续恶化的趋势得到有效遏制,草原畜牧业转型发展加快转变,草原牧区牧民收入增幅稳中有升,牧区发展、牧业生产和牧民生活发生了翻天覆地的变化。近日,本刊编辑部结合中国农业新闻网记者对农业部副部长于康震的专访,全面解读草原生态文明建设等有关问题。
