学科建设一直都是学校建设的重中之重,它是提高教师队伍整体素质的沃土,是学校科研发展的基础。笔者在阐述学科建设重要性的基础上,结合新形势下国家开放大学建设的历史使命,以一个全新的视角,从学历教育和非学历教育两个方面分析了国家开放大学学科建设的重要性。
Discipline construction has always been the top priority in school construction. It is a fertile ground for improving the overall quality of teachers and is the basis for the development of scientific research in schools. On the basis of elaborating the importance of discipline construction and combining with the historic mission of the construction of the national open university under the new situation, the author analyzes the importance of discipline construction of the national open university from a new perspective of academic education and non-diploma education.
