目的:提高卵巢癌的诊断,监测治疗指标。方法:采用自制卵巢癌相关抗原CA925经细胞融合方法,制备抗卵巢上皮癌单克隆抗体OC4D9,该抗体呈IgG1型,抗体效价ELISA104,抗体特异性较好。结果:分析一组卵巢上皮癌、子宫内膜癌、子宫肌瘤、正常人血清中CA925含量。卵巢癌血清中含量最高,其它次之,P<0.01。相关分析,卵巢上皮癌与子宫肌瘤血清中CA925含量不呈相关性,r=0.162,卵巢上皮癌与正常人血清中CA925呈负相关,r=-0.055。结论:McAbOC4D9对卵巢上皮癌相关抗原具有一定特异性。
Objective: To improve the diagnosis of ovarian cancer and monitor its treatment indicators. METHODS: Anti-ovarian epithelial cancer monoclonal antibody OC4D9 was prepared by self-made ovarian cancer-associated antigen CA925 by cell fusion method. The antibody was IgG1 type, and the antibody titer was ELISA104. The antibody specificity was better. Results: The serum levels of CA925 in a group of epithelial ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer, uterine fibroids, and normal human serum were analyzed. Ovarian cancer had the highest serum levels, followed by others, P<0.01. Correlation analysis showed that the serum levels of CA925 in ovarian epithelial cancer and uterine fibroids were not correlated, r=0.162. The epithelial ovarian cancer was negatively correlated with normal serum CA925, r=-0.055. Conclusion: McAbOC4D9 has certain specificity for epithelial ovarian cancer associated antigens.
