莱姆病是新近发现的一种自然疫源性疾病,我们收治1例,现报告如下。临床资料患者,男,52岁。因全身皮肤起红斑伴关节痛4月余,于1990年5月14日入院治疗。初为在四肢背部起丘疹红斑,后逐离心性向周围扩大累及仑身成潮红斑片,微落屑,瘙痒明显,伴畏寒不适,膝关节疼痛,行走时加重。病前曾在南昌郊外钓鱼时有蜱叮咬史。以前无过敏性皮炎与关节炎病史。体检:
