采用小鼠氨水引咳法研究百尾参Disporum cantoniense的止咳作用,利用各种现代色谱技术手段对止咳活性部位进行化学成分分离与纯化,并根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定结构。结果表明百尾参水提取物及乙醇提取物均有止咳活性,而乙醇提取物高剂量组的止咳作用高于阳性对照;从乙醇提取物中首次分离并鉴定了8个化合物,分别为豆甾-4-烯-3-酮(1),麦角甾-5,7,22-三烯-3β-醇(2),obtucarbamate A(3),obtucarbamate B(4),neotigogenin(5),偶氮-2,2’-双[Z-(2,3-二羟基-4-甲基-5-甲氧基)苯基乙烯](6),dimethyl{[carbonylbis(azanediyl)]bis(2-methyl-5,1-phenylene)}dicarbamate(7),槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(8),活性跟踪显示化合物3,4,6具有止咳作用,其中化合物6的止咳作用与阳性对照相当。
The cough-inducing effect of Disporum cantoniense was studied by mouse aqueous ammonia cough-inducing method. The constituents of cough active sites were separated and purified by various modern chromatographic techniques. The structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. The results showed that the water extract of the red sea cucumber and ethanol extract both cough activity, and ethanol extract high-dose group cough effect higher than the positive control; from the ethanol extract for the first time isolated and identified eight compounds, respectively, (2), obtucarbamate A (3), obtucarbamate B (4), neotigogenin (5), azo (6), dimethyl {[carbonylbis (azanediyl)] bis (2-methyl-2- -5,1-phenylene) dicarbamate (7), quercetin -3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (8) and activity tracking showed that compounds 3,4,6 have antitussive activity, Cough effect and positive control quite.
