上世纪90年代后期,在国家和广西壮族自治区政府的关心下,右江流域逐渐成为外向东盟、内联西南的开放合作前沿。以人口城镇化和经济城镇化为指标,对右江流域耕地面积变化和城镇化进程进行时间和空间序列分析可知,2001—2014年耕地面积年均增长率最高,而经济和人口城镇化水平均低于广西和全国。应在科学规划的基础上,合理利用土地资源、提高土地集约利用度,走“高度”内涵与“合理”外扩相结合之路。
In the late 1990s, with the concern of the state and the government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, the Youjiang River basin has gradually become the forefront of the open cooperation with the ASEAN and the SWISS inland. Based on the population urbanization and economic urbanization as indicators, the spatial and temporal analysis of cultivated land area and urbanization in the Youjiang River Basin shows that the average annual growth rate of cultivated land area is the highest in 2001-2014, while the economic and population urbanization level Lower than Guangxi and the whole country. On the basis of scientific planning, we should make rational use of land resources and increase the intensive utilization of land, and take the road of combining “high” connotation with “reasonable” expansion.
