本文采用紫外分光光度法测定医院制剂中盐酸丁卡因的含量,与其它已报导的方法相比,优点是不受制剂中其它物质的干扰,操作简便,结果稳定精确,适用范围广.
In this paper, the content of tetracaine hydrochloride in hospital preparations was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Compared with other reported methods, the advantage of this method is that it is free from the interference of other substances in the preparation and has the advantages of simple and convenient operation, stable and accurate results and wide application range.
