阜新地区出土了大量辽代碑志,这些碑志种类、形式多样,内容分别涉及辽代契丹族的政治、军事、历史、地理、民族、文字、宗教、文化、艺术、风俗、礼仪等诸方面。出土的辽代皇族后族墓志全面记录了众多皇族、后族在阜新地区活动的史实,使我们进一步厘清了诸多皇族后族的人物关系及其家族世系,为深入探讨契丹王朝各个领域提供了更为广阔的空间;出土的契丹小字墓志更为深入研究辽史契丹史提供了非常重要、确凿的实物资料。考古发现的这些碑志文物代表着辽代阜新地区的物质文化,同时也寄托着生活在这里的契丹人,尤其是契丹皇族后族的思想和观念,从中可以窥见他们的精神文化。
There are a large number of inscriptions in Liao Dynasty in Fuxin area. These inscriptions are various in form and content. They are related to politics, military affairs, history, geography, ethnicity, religion, culture, art, customs and etiquette of the Qidan people in Liao Dynasty respectively. The unearthed epitaphs of the later generations of the Liao Dynasty royalty recorded a full range of historical facts about the activities of many royalty and later tribe in the Fuxin area. This made us further clarify the relationship between the clans of many royalty and their family lineages, and provided more insight into the various fields of the Khitan dynasty For a vast space; unearthed Qidan Xiaozi epitaph more in-depth study of the history of Khitan history provided a very important and conclusive physical information. These monument inscriptions discovered by archeology represent the material culture of the Fuxin area in the Liao Dynasty. At the same time, they also place the Khitan people living in here, especially the thoughts and concepts of the Khitan royalty, from which they can get a glimpse of their spiritual culture.
