今天,无论在五谷飘香的原野上,还是在高楼林立的都市里,到处都有广大农民朴实而辛劳的身影。八亿农民在脱贫致富奔小康的康庄大道上,为城乡建设贡献出巨大力量,也为自己的人生描绘着幸福的蓝图。党中央一向热爱农民,关心农民,重视农业,情系农村,把“三农”作为党的工作的重中之重,近年又隆重推出了新农村建设的伟大工程。农村文化建设是功在当代利在千秋的伟大事业。本文仅立足于以人为本,造福农民,略谈农村文化建设之我见。
