偏最小二乘（ＰＬＳ）法同近红外漫反射光谱法结合，分析了粉末药品磺胺甲基异唑．讨论了波长对ＰＬＳ定量预测能力的影响．对照样品和试样的预测结果的ＲＳＤ分别为０．１１％和０．５６％，结果令人满意．
Partial Least Squares (PLS) method was combined with near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy to analyze the powder drug sulfamethoxazole. The effect of wavelength on the quantitative prediction ability of PLS is discussed. The RSDs of the control samples and the predictions of the samples were 0.11% and 0.56%, respectively, with satisfactory results.
