石骨症又称 Albers-Schōnberg 氏病,是一种病因不明的先天性骨发育障碍性疾病。临床上较少见,现将我院近年来治疗两个家族共5例报告如下:男4例,女1例;发病年龄11～52岁。一家系姐弟3人,一家系兄弟2人。5例均属成人型(良性型),发病较晚,进展慢,病情较轻,一般无自觉症状,都因骨折或其它原因行 X 线检查时发现。其中2例伴有肝脾肿大,脾功能
