扁平苔癣是一种皮肤粘膜慢性炎症性疾病,可单独发生于口腔粘膜。口腔粘膜扁平苔癣(简称OLP),在口腔粘膜病门诊病人中占很大比例。国内资料显示患病率为0.51％,其中极少数会发生癌变,但也有学者将其列入癌前病变范畴。该病病因尚不甚明确。目前临床上治疗方法很多,常用药物有肾上腺糖皮质激素与维甲酸类药物。本文就中医药及中西医结合治疗OLP作了10余年文献回顾,希望对此有较全面认识。
Lichen planus is a chronic inflammatory disease of the skin and mucosa that can occur alone in the oral mucosa. Oral mucosal lichen planus (OLP), a large proportion of patients with oral mucosal disease clinic. Domestic data show that the prevalence was 0.51%, of which a very small number of cancerous, but some scholars will be included in the precancerous lesions. The etiology of the disease is not yet clear. The current clinical treatment of many, commonly used drugs have glucocorticoid and retinoid drugs. In this article, I reviewed the literature on the treatment of OLP with traditional Chinese medicine and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for more than 10 years and hoped that I would have a better understanding of it.
