本文研究应用同步间歇强制通气(synchronizedintermittent mandatory ventilation,SIMV)协助急性呼吸衰竭患者成功地撤离呼吸机时的心肺效应。试验对象为监护室的22例急性呼吸衰竭病人,平均年龄61岁。用机械呼吸机治疗进行撤机试验。试验前用 Servo 900C 机械通气机至少达48h。患者达以下指标才考虑撤机试验;①循环血液动力学稳定;②意识清醒;③自发呼吸有力;④PaO_2>80mmHg;⑤PaCO_2<55mmHg。在辅助机械通气时(AMV)、撤机前(第一阶段)、SIMV 撤机时(第二阶段)及拔管后自发呼吸30分钟(第三阶段)分别测定全身与肺血液动力学、动脉与混合静脉血血气、氧含量及儿茶
This article investigates the cardiopulmonary effects of using synchronized intermittent mandatory ventilation (SIMV) to assist patients with acute respiratory failure who have successfully evacuated their ventilator. Twenty-two patients with acute respiratory failure in the intensive care unit were investigated, with an average age of 61 years. Mechanical ventilator treatment for weaning test.
