本文报道了氟苯咪唑和羟嘧啶的推荐剂量治疗鞭虫病的疗效比较,以及用单次剂量的甲苯咪唑治疗线虫病的进一步临床观察。本研究于1980年3月在菲律宾索索贡省的巴里奥布卢桑、伊罗辛地区进行。作者对在283份新鲜粪便中找到鞭虫卵或合并感染蛔虫或钩虫者作为研究对象。在上述3种虫卵中,仅对鞭虫卵采用加滕-卡茨法定量计数。随机选择约1/3患者用氟苯咪唑片剂300mg治疗,连服2天,另外1/3患者接受羟嘧啶-噻嘧啶合剂(Quantrel)10mg/kg单剂量治疗,剩余的1/3患者用甲苯咪唑
This article reports the efficacy of flubendazole and hydroxypyrimidine at the recommended dose for the treatment of whipwormosis, and a single dose of mebendazole for the treatment of nematode disease is further clinically observed.
