本文对齿轮类、轴类、模具类6种常用材料,采用12种低温化学热处理工艺状态分别进行处理,然后采用快速疲劳试验Locati方法测试了24种状态的滚子接触疲劳极限值,并根据试验结果对材料及工艺的适用性作了一些分析。
In this paper, six kinds of commonly used materials such as gears, shafts and molds were treated respectively with 12 kinds of low temperature chemical heat treatment process conditions. Then the fatigue test of 24 kinds of state of roller contact fatigue limit by Locati method was carried out. The results of the applicability of materials and processes made some analysis.
