本文通过试验,探讨铝合金粘接表面化学处理效果。据我们科研生产任务的特点,选用了无槽表面化学处理工艺与常规的槽液法表面化学处理工艺进行了比较。试验结果表明,用无槽表面化学处理工艺是完全能满足铝合金粘接表面化学处理的要求。此法对于不允许浸泡在槽液中进行表面化学处理的零、部件,更能显示出其独特的优越性。文中对有关工艺参数和试验结果作了简要的分析和说明。
In this paper, the effect of chemical treatment on the bonding surface of aluminum alloy is discussed through experiments. According to the characteristics of our research and production tasks, the selection of the non-groove surface chemical treatment process and the conventional bath liquid surface chemical treatment process were compared. The experimental results show that the process of chemical treatment with no groove surface can fully meet the requirements of the chemical treatment of the bonding surface of aluminum alloy. This method does not allow immersion in the tank surface chemical treatment of the zero, components, but also show its unique superiority. In this paper, the relevant process parameters and test results made a brief analysis and description.
