经导管子宫动脉栓塞术(TUAE)在妇产科疾病治疗中的应用越来越广泛,国内外不断见有用于治疗子宫肌瘤的文献报道,初步结果令人满意。我们应用此方法治疗子宫肌瘤46例,临床观察近期疗效良好,现报道如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料本组年龄29~47岁,平均41.5岁。主要症状为月经量过多或经期延长者41例,痛经者6例,下腹部或腰部酸痛15例,便秘者4例,尿频、尿急者3例,其中2例不孕,2
