沃尔特·塞勒斯导演是当代巴西电影界的领军人物,他的作品,聚焦底层普通群众,关照现实,有着强烈的民族风貌和鲜明的个人印记,不断探索追寻和自我发现的母题,用纪实风格的民族影像来表达对现实以及全人类共通的文化命题的思索,是一位有责任感有情怀的导演。本文即从叙事内容、叙事主题、叙事风格以及文化观念四个方面,来对塞勒斯导演作品进行简要的分析和梳理。
Director Walter Sellers is a leading figure in the contemporary Brazilian cinema world. His work focuses on the bottom ordinary people, follows the reality, has a strong ethnic style and a distinctive personal imprint, and continuously explores the motif of pursuit and self-discovery. Style of ethnic images to express the reality and common cultural propositions of all human thinking, is a responsible and emotional director. This article from the narrative content, narrative theme, narrative style and cultural concepts from four aspects, to Sellers director’s work a brief analysis and sorting.
