随着社会结构深刻变动、利益格局不断调整,特别是受拜金主义、享乐主义、利己主义等思想驱使,个别人的价值观严重扭曲,消极腐败现象屡禁不止,已经成为制约国有企业改革发展稳定的重要因素。尤其是,在重大工程项目、重大物资采购、重要人事任免等腐败的易发多发区域,加大预防和惩治力度,确保国有资产保值增值,已经成为国有企业党风廉政建设的重大课题。
Driven by profound changes in social structure and continuous adjustment in the pattern of interests, driven by the ideas of money worship, hedonism and egoism, the values of some individuals have been seriously distorted and the phenomenon of negative corruption has been repeatedly banned. This has become an important factor restricting the reform, development and stability of state-owned enterprises . In particular, greater prevention and punishment in major corrupt and prone areas such as major construction projects, procurement of major materials, and appointment and dismissal of important personnel have ensured the preservation and appreciation of state-owned assets has become a major issue in the party’s work style and the establishment of an honest and clean government in state-owned enterprises.
