由于学生在乖顺与捣蛋、成绩好与坏、能力大与小等方面存在差异,教师对他们的看法与态度就不同。诸如,犯同样的错误,学习好的不受批评,即使受批评教师也是和风细雨;处罚更是做做样子,而学习差的可就不一样了,轻者批评斥责,重者雷霆一怒,严厉处理。公益劳动往往是表现不好的同学的专利,而表扬鼓励则和他们无缘,这类似的事例人们屡见不鲜。并且大多数人都认为正常;谁让你不好好学习,不听老师的话?又调皮又无出息是得不到师长的关照的。孔子不是有句话“爱美之心,人皆有之”吗?
