新生儿淋菌性结合膜炎主要是由感染淋病的孕妇经产道分娩时所得。若不及时治疗,或用药欠敏感致病程拖延,可发展为角膜溃疡,甚至失明。因而,临床上应引起高度重视。我院于1989年12月～1990年3月间培养检出2例新生儿淋菌性结合膜炎,现报告如下: 例1:女,生后5天,孕1产1。其父广东省人,个体户;其母务农,染有性病已1年。例2:男,生后6天,孕1产1。其父采购员,既往无性病史。
Neonatal gonococcal conjunctivitis is mainly caused by the delivery of gonorrhea pregnant women through the birth canal. If not treated, or drug-induced delay in the course of the disease, can develop corneal ulcers, and even blindness. Therefore, the clinical should pay close attention. My courtyard in December 1989 ~ March 1990 training detected 2 cases of neonatal gonococcal conjunctivitis, are reported as follows: Example 1: Female, 5 days after birth, pregnancy 1 produce 1. His father, Guangdong Province, self-employed households; their mother farming, stained with sexually transmitted diseases for 1 year. Example 2: male, 6 days after birth, pregnancy 1 produce 1. The parent buyer, a history of non-sexually transmitted diseases.
