基于学生技能提升的“师导徒,徒导徒”教学模式应用于高职程序设计类实训教学中,能有效解决当前高职计算机专业实训教学中老师少、学生多所带来的一系列问题,有利于完善程序设计类实训课的课堂组织与管理,提高程序设计课程的实训效果。本文结合实践,对基于学生技能提升的“师导徒,徒导徒”教学模式在高职程序设计类实训教学中的组织与实施进行了探讨。
Based on the improvement of students’ skills, the teaching mode of “leading a disciple and disciple only” is applied to practical teaching of programming in higher vocational education, which can effectively solve the problem of less teachers and more students brought by practical teaching in higher vocational education A series of questions, help to improve the class organization and management of programming class training class, improve the training effect of programming course. Based on the practice, this paper discusses the organization and implementation of “teaching a disciple and disciple” teaching mode based on the improvement of students’ skills in the practical teaching of higher vocational program design.
