构建和谐社会,加强部队管理互为表里,唇齿相依,共同推动我国社会经济、文化的可持续发展,共同为实现伟大的中国梦贡献力量。本文以笔者亲身体验为基础,浅谈在建设和谐社会过程中加强部队管理的方法。
Constructing a harmonious society and strengthening military management will be mutually dependent on each other’s priorities and strengths, and jointly promote the sustainable development of social economy and culture of our country and jointly contribute to the realization of the great Chinese dream. Based on the author’s personal experience, this article discusses the ways to strengthen troop management in the process of building a harmonious society.
