液态水传输域的图像特征及表征

液态水在织物中的传输性能对服装的穿着舒适性有着重要影响.利用机器视觉记录液态水在织物表面的传输过程,利用数字图像处理技术对液态水在织物中的传输行为进行分析,提出了传输域几何特征的精确测量算法.首先,分析液态水传输域,发现其存在“椭圆”“单向”和“十字”等形状,其图像由织物表面纹理、吸水水印和液态水表面反光3部分叠加构成;其次,通过减运算、二值化处理和形态学处理解决了织物纹理产生的噪声问题和光源产生的反光问题,提取了织物表面传输域的几何特征;最后,对6种织物进行实验测试,得到了织物表面最大传输域的面积、周长、长和宽,获得了传输域面积的时变曲线,探讨了传输域几何特征与织物结构参数的关系,验证了方法的有效性.
