培养应用型创新人才是国家和社会发展对经管类本科专业学生的客观需要,也是财经类院校生存与发展的基本要求。然而长期以来,地方高校经管类本科专业一直存在着重视理论教学、轻视创新型应用能力培养的弊端。本文分析地方高校经管类专业人才培养模式存在的问题,并针对性地提出培养应用型创新人才的实现路径。
The cultivation of innovative talents for application is the objective requirement of national and social development for undergraduate students majoring in economics and management and also the basic requirement for the survival and development of finance and economics colleges and universities. However, for a long time, undergraduate majors in economics and management of local colleges and universities have always had the drawbacks of emphasizing theoretical teaching and neglecting the cultivation of innovative application abilities. This article analyzes the problems existing in the training mode of economic and management professionals in local colleges and universities, and puts forward the ways of cultivating applied innovative talents in a targeted manner.
