采用物料平衡、硫平衡的方法,对马钢烧结生产线实际数据进行拟合,分析其相关度,建立烧结SO_2排放预测模型,并进行反算验证。其结果为:1通过模型分析得到影响烧结二氧化硫排放最重要因素为混匀矿、焦粉;2根据各类物料消耗量,应用预测模型,可以预测烟气中的SO_2总排放量;模型与实际烟气含硫量之间的平均误差为5%。3此预测模型反向使用,根据烟气中SO_2排放量,反算混匀矿和焦粉总硫含量,模型与实际生产数据反算平均误差为8%。
The material balance and the balance of sulfur were used to fit the actual data of the sintering production line in Maanshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., the correlation was analyzed, and the predictive model of SO2 emission in sintering was established and verified by back calculation.
