良好的心理素质是人的全面素质中的重要部分,高中生正处于身心发展的重要时期,然而在高考指挥棒下,高中学生的学习压力非常大,还遭受到社会中一些不良现象的折射,这些都将在心理方面对高中学生产生一些不良影响。如果不及时引导,将会出现一些心理问题,影响到青少年的健康成长,因此,中学数学教育,特别是新课程标准下的中学数学教育,对渗透心理健康教育有着积极的意义和作用。
Good psychological quality is an important part of the overall quality of people. High school students are in an important period of physical and mental development. However, under the command of the college entrance examination, high school students are under great pressure to study and suffer from the reflection of some undesirable phenomena in society. All of these will have some negative psychological effects on high school students. If we do not guide in time, there will be some psychological problems that will affect the healthy growth of young people. Therefore, the mathematics education in middle schools, especially the secondary mathematics education under the new curriculum standards, will have a positive meaning and effect on infiltration psychological health education.
