油气井注水泥固井的目的是支撑套管、封隔地层、防止油气水层相互窜通。水泥封固不良,油气水层窜通,将造成油气资源的大量损失。为改善水泥环与地层和套管的胶结,提高固井质量,一方面要提高顶替效率;另一方面要改善水泥浆性能,其中主要是通过水泥石膨胀减少水泥环胶结界面微环隙。近年来,中国水泥浆外加剂研究有了长足进展,膨胀水泥也有多种产品问世,并在固井作业中应用取得成效。目前应用的膨胀水泥有三种类型,即充气水泥、发气水泥、无机物膨胀水泥。人们从研究水泥浆水化机理入手,研究和应用了膨胀水泥。
The purpose of oil-gas well cementing cementing is to support the casing and seal off the formation to prevent the oil-gas water layers from interpenetrating with each other. Poor cement sealing, oil and gas water channeling, will result in substantial loss of oil and gas resources. In order to improve the cementing of cement ring, formation and casing and cementing quality, we must improve displacement efficiency on the one hand, and cement slurry on the other hand, mainly through the expansion of cement stone to reduce the micro-annulus of cementing interface. In recent years, great progress has been made in the study of Chinese cement slurry additives. There are also many products of expanded cement, which have achieved success in cementing operations. There are three types of expansive cement currently used, namely aerated cement, aerated cement and inorganic expanded cement. People started to study the hydration mechanism of cement slurry and studied and applied the expanded cement.
