本文证明在比较宽带晶体视频 ESM 接收机的工作性能方面.正切灵敏度是一个不合适的准则.相反,可用一条准则来全面地描述“接收机灵敏度”,这条准则具体说明在给定虚警概率下所要求的信号探测概率.对正确设计采用自动处理器的现代 ESM 接收机.特别需要这一可供选用的准则.本文介绍几个公式,能清楚地把系统的三个描述符联系起来,即①探测概率,②虚警概率,③正切灵敏度,并且说明用其中的任何两个描述符就能描述一般的系统.本文还证明可以确定一个在有效接收机带宽中包括这些项的灵敏度值.本文也推导了对于从检波器和视频放大器来的噪声很大的接收机的灵敏度方程.
This paper demonstrates that tangential sensitivity is an inappropriate criterion for comparing the performance of wideband crystal video ESM receivers. Instead, a criterion for a full description of “receiver sensitivity” can be given, which specifies how well a given false alarm probability The required probability of signal detection is particularly needed for the correct design of modern ESM receivers that use an automatic processor.This article presents several formulas that clearly relate the three descriptors of a system, Namely ① Probability of Detection, ② False Alarm Probability, ③ Tangential Sensitivity, and Description The general system can be described by any two of these descriptors. It is also demonstrated that one can determine a sensitivity value that includes these terms in the effective receiver bandwidth. This article also deduces the sensitivity equation for the receiver with a large noise from the detector and the video amplifier.
