该文介绍了北票矿务局台吉矿副井(竖井) DMT2.25×4型多绳提升机加装井口开车信号与开车方向闭锁装置的成功经验。该井提升机因未加装闭锁装置,曾于1982年6月发生了一起绞车司机未收到井口信号工任何开车信号而误开下行车的事故,使乘有数十人的罐笼下行了十多米,险些造成人身伤亡。自从1982年下半年提升机加装了此闭锁装置至今,该井再未发生绞车司机误开车事故。文中介绍了该闭锁装置的功能、原理方框图及电路。
This paper introduces the successful experience of installing DMT2.25 × 4 multi-rope hoist with wellhead driving signal and driving direction locking device in the auxiliary shaft (shaft) of Taiji Mine of Beipiao Mining Administration.
